Make sure your battery is well charged and in good condition.
1:Turn the petcock onto reserve.
2:To get some oil around the engine before firing spin the engine with the Kill switch engaged a couple of times.
3:Unscrew the float bowl drain screw on the left hand side carb bottom until you see some fuel come out of the overflow pipe near the front of the rear wheel and then quickly screw it back up.
Use choke as normal and start the bike.If it still struggles just spray some Carb/Brake cleaner into the Air filer or even some WD40 with the Air filter taken out.

Go a long way to good starting as does a well serviced Starter button in the Throttle assembly(Careful not to lose the small ball bearing.Use a magnet when servicing the Throttle and Clutch controls).
Note:I also add a little Seafoam/Red X fuel treatment to my Fuel every now and then to keep the fuel from going stale and keep the carbs lubed.
